Leasing Procedures
Listen to you--
1.Contact and tell us what type of car you want,all your ideal usage requirements,when and how you want to rent; we will provide whole package and offer for you.We may also discuss to customize a package(including customizing driver's work time frame,including petrol into rental,special requirement,etc) to suit your need as much as possible.
2. If you agree to the offer and would like to lease the vehicle, you will confirm with us by fax or email.
Gurantee good paperwork--
3. Formal leasing contract(bilingual) with all details will be made for both sides' review and sign,while relevant documents provided to each other.
A good beginning is half-done--
4. If you are leasing a vehicle with a driver, we will arrange the driver to meet you before the 1st leasing date,and provide you his name,address and cellular phone number.Relevant log and billingual address cards will also be equipped onto the car especially for the convenience of expatriat clients.
5. Handle over the car on the start leasing date,and both sides fill the handle-over form then.
During leasing period--
6. Each month,you(or your company) pay the rental fee.Within 5 working days after the monthly rental is paid,receipt and tax invoice will be provided by us.
7.Our service center will provide 24 hours service support.You can contact us whenever you have any need or inquiry.
8.In the end of each month,please enter our website feedback menu and fill in this form(about the car,driver and our staff) and click submit.Our management and best srevice for you can not be without your precious feedback.
Such documents need to be prepared
For Enterprise Hirer:
1.Copy of business license, Code certificate
2.Enterpriseseal
3.ID card(or Passport) copy of the Lessee
4.Driving License (>1year) copy of the Lessee(if he want to get the right of driving himself)
5.Driver's ID card copy and Driving license copy(if the Lessee has his own driver).
For Individual Hirer :
1.Passport copy of the Lessee
2.Driving License (>1year) copy of the Lessee(if he want to get the right of driving himself)
3.Lessee¡'s temporary residential registration paper
